Boston - the university city of origin

The Athens of America, Boston, Massachusetts, is a beautiful city, surrounded by some of the best colleges and universities in the United States. In fact, there are over 100 schools in the Boston metropolitan area, focuses on all sorts of areas. From music, technology and everything else, from Boston colleges offer students a wide range of disciplines.

Right on the Charles River on Commonwealth Avenue, Boston University, the largest universityin the Boston area, is known for its academic programs in arts and sciences. Across the Charles River in Cambridge, Harvard's, which is the oldest and - perhaps - the most famous university in the United States. Also, in Cambridge, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a leading institution in the design and advanced technologies. Boston College, one of the oldest institutions of the Jesuits in the United States, is in ChestnutHill - an area rich suburb 6 miles west of Boston. A few miles north of Boston on the Mystic River, is a Tufts University - a private university for its international and study abroad known. Suffolk University, a small private university for its Law School and distance learning MBA in Beacon Hill is known - a neighborhood full of Boston. With colleges and universities as a typical autumn day in Boston, is characterized by students walking, cycling, taking the "T" (Boston) Metro studying in libraries and cafes, restaurants and shops in Quincy Market, or meet friends and colleagues. You see students who come here from all states and all countries. You'll see, scientists, academics, philosophers, artists, musicians, celebrities and art enthusiasts in an urban agglomeration, the only missing is you.
